Zarmeena Gull

Registered Osteopath D.O. (UK)

About

With over a decade of dedicated experience, Zarmeena is a structural osteopath who brings a unique blend of expertise and empathy to her practice.

Born in Pakistan and raised in London from the age of ten, Zarmeena's journey in healthcare began with a BSc Hons. in Medical Biology, followed by a Paramedic course at King's College London. Her path took a transformative turn towards osteopathy following her mother’s accident, leading her to graduate from the British School of Osteopathy (now University College of Osteopathy) in 2014.

As a mother of three, her own experiences with pregnancy have deepened her interest in pregnancy care, gynaecology and women’s health. She has undertaken several postgraduate courses in obstetrics, gynaecology and pelvic health to further develop her expertise in this field.

Treatment approach

Zarmeena uses a diverse range of techniques to support the body’s natural healing processes, tailoring her treatments to each patient’s individual needs.

She works closely with athletes, fitness professionals and gym enthusiasts, providing osteopathic treatment to support performance, injury prevention and recovery. She also has a particular interest in corporate wellness and ergonomic care, addressing postural issues, repetitive strain injuries and other physical problems associated with prolonged desk work.
